Job Description: 

Looking for someone who is reliablewell-organized, and energetic to handle a wide range of administrative and support duties. This person has a passion to learn and develop his/her professional skills, and an interest in joining a fast-paced work environment.  

The individual will help create and maintain a great office environment and will be responsible for helping ensure smooth operations through effective coordination and execution of all assigned duties. 

  • Provide general support to internal departments with various clerical, administrative, and/or secretarial tasks 

  • Organize and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient business operations 

  • Manage incoming calls and provide general support to clients and employees 

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials to promote maximum productivity 

  • Responsible for coordination, packaging, and distribution of client and employee mailings 

  • Complete all tasks and duties in a timely matter 

  • Be willing to complete other related projects and responsibilities that may come up as part of a start-up company 

 

Requirements / Experience: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Able to operate multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls 

  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, constantly changing work environment 

  • Able to take initiative to tackle new challenges and responsibilities with minimal supervision 

  • Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

  • Tech savvy, willing to learn, and interested in being a part of a fast-paced start-up environment  

  • Experience in office administration and/or management preferred
